After about a week and a half of acclimating to life here, I was getting antsy to begin.
On a rainy morning, we arrived at the school and I went to the English office to meet the teachers. This morning was basically a lot of meeting people and administration and being shown around the school.
I share an office with another teacher who gave me the tour.
However, after seeing how the system works, I definitely have a much better idea of how I’ll be spending my time here.
At another time I’ll try to explain the complicated Czech education system and the kids (12-19) I’ll be teaching.
